	Chairman & Director	Robert N. Granger, Q.C. Robert Norman Granger Q.C., (Age 71) is a resident of Hillier, Ontario and is Chairman of The Grange of Prince Edward Inc, an estate winery. Mr. Granger holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Granger practiced law in Toronto for over thirty years mainly in the corporate and securities law areas. In the past Mr. Granger has been an officer and director of a number of resource companies including Oakwood Petroleum Limited, Anvil Range Mining Corporation, United Keno Hill Mines Ltd., Prospectors Alliance Corporation and currently an officer/director of Harricana River Mining Corporation which is exploring a gold property at Val d'Or Quebec, Royal Standard Minerals Inc. which is engaged in exploration for gold in the State of Nevada, and Gaspe Metal Corporation, which is engaged in the exploration for base metals in the Gaspé region of Quebec. Mr. Granger will devote such time to the Company as is required to fulfil his duties as an officer and director. The terms of Mr. Granger's agreement with the Company prohibit him from engaging in activities which would conflict with his office with the Company and controls the disclosure of confidential information.
	President, CEO & Director	Stephen Masson, MSC., PGeo. Stephen Masson, MSc, PGeo, of Flin Flon, Man., is a former President and CEO of Copper Reef and brings strong exploration skills to the board especially in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt where he has concentrated his efforts as Exploration Manager for various companies for the past 19 years. Mr. Masson is currently Exploration Manager of Copper Reef and a major shareholder through his service company M'Ore Exploration Services Inc. Previously, Mr. Masson held the position of President and CEO of Foran, a public company on the TSX-V, where he brings public company experience to the board. Stephen is the current President of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Prospectors Association and an active member of MELC, an interprovincial, federal government and industry mineral exploration liaison committee.
	CFO, Treasurer & Asst. Secretary	William J. Jackson, BSc. William J. Jackson holds a B.Sc from the University of Toronto. He practiced as a chemical engineer until 2002. He has been a director and officer of several companies in the research and development and resource fields. These include Laurion Gold Inc., Sagient Research Systems Inc. and currently Harricana River Mining Corporation.
	Corporate Secretary	Laara Shaffer President & Director of Glen Hawk Minerals Ltd. (March 1, 2002) Laara Shaffer has been involved in public company management and administration for over 20 years. She is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Passport Metals Inc. (1996); Corporate Secretary of GoldQuest Mining Corp. (2007), Yale Resources Ltd. (2005); Montello Resources Ltd. (2007) and Copper Reef Mining Corporation (2005). Her experience includes regulatory filing and compliance matters for public companies.
	Director	Kevin Strong, CGA From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Strong was the Manager of the Winnipeg Office of the TSX Venture Exchange (formerly the Canadian Venture Exchange). Prior to this, he was the Manager of Marketing and Operations at the Winnipeg Stock Exchange. He currently acts as CFO for two public companies. Mr. Strong, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Hons) from the University of Manitoba, brings strong financial acumen and corporate governance skills to the board of directors. Kevin, in addition, will be providing regulatory and financial guidance on both the audit and compensation committees. Kevin is the Chair of the Investment Capital Committee and sits on the Economic Development Committee of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and is a Director of the Winnipeg Entrepreneur Exchange. In 2005, Kevin was appointed to the Manitoba Premier's Economic Advisory Council.
	Director	Stephen D. Davies Stephen D. Davies is a mining engineer and a registered professional engineer in the provices of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Mr. Davies is currently COO and Vice President of KRIA Resources. He has an extensive background in mine development and production, having worked for Noranda, Hudson Bay Mining, Cameco, Kinross, and Alexander MacIntyre & Associates. In addition, he is president of a consulting engineering company that provides services to the Canadian mining industry.
	Director	David S. Kennedy David S. Kennedy holds a B.Sc. and a MSc. in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Kennedy has twenty five years of experience in exploration and production in Canada, the United States, Alaska, Mexico and Central America.
	Director	Edward G. Thompson Edward G. Thompson is a professional engineer and geologist with a BASc and an MASc from the University of Toronto. He has over forty five years of experience in all aspects of management in both the North and South American mining industries. Mr. Thompson is President of E. G. Thompson Mining Consultants Inc. and a past President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Starting his career with the Teck Corporation, he later helped form a number of junior companies that were later amalgamated into Lacana Mining Corporation, of which he became President and CEO. He later became President of Mingold Resources in Canada and Director for Exploration for Westgold Resources in the United States. During his career Mr. Thompson has been a director, president or chairman of some 40 companies and is currently a director of 8 mining/exploration companies. His principal activity is acting as a corporate director and consultant to the mining industry.
	Director	William J. Phillips William J. Phillips is a businessman and manufacturer. Since January, 1993, Mr. Phillips has been the President, CEO and owner of Woodlore International Inc., a manufacturer of customized furniture.
