Robert Norman Granger Q.C.,
is a resident of Hillier, Ontario
and is Chairman of The Grange of
Prince Edward Inc, an estate winery.
Mr. Granger holds a B.A. from the
University of Toronto and an LL.B
from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr.
Granger practiced law in Toronto
for over thirty years mainly in
the corporate and securities law
areas. In the past Mr. Granger has
been an officer and director of
a number of resource companies including
Oakwood Petroleum Limited, Anvil
Range Mining Corporation, United
Keno Hill Mines Ltd., Prospectors
Alliance Corporation and currently
an officer/director of Harricana
River Mining Corporation which is
exploring a gold property at Val
d'Or Quebec, Royal Standard Minerals
Inc. which is engaged in exploration
for gold in the State of Nevada,
and Gaspe Metal Corporation, which
is engaged in the exploration for
base metals in the Gaspé
region of Quebec. Mr. Granger will
devote such time to the Company
as is required to fulfil his duties
as an officer and director. The
terms of Mr. Granger's agreement
with the Company prohibit him from
engaging in activities which would
conflict with his office with the
Company and controls the disclosure
of confidential information.

Stephen Masson, MSC., PGeo.
Stephen Masson, MSc, PGeo, of Flin
Flon, Man., is a former President
and CEO of Copper Reef and brings
strong exploration skills to the
board especially in the Flin Flon
Greenstone Belt where he has concentrated
his efforts as Exploration Manager
for various companies for the past
19 years. Mr. Masson is currently
Exploration Manager of Copper Reef
and a major shareholder through
his service company M'Ore Exploration
Services Inc. Previously, Mr. Masson
held the position of President and
CEO of Foran, a public company on
the TSX-V, where he brings public
company experience to the board.
Stephen is the current President
of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Prospectors
Association and an active member
of MELC, an interprovincial, federal
government and industry mineral
exploration liaison committee.

David
Kendall is the Managing Partner
of Kendall & Pandya, Chartered
Accountants, a CA practice operating
in the cities of Flin Flon and Thompson,
Manitoba. Mr. Kendall articled with
Deloitte and Touche predecessor
Winspear Higgins Stevenson and Company
in Saskatoon, SK. before moving
to Flin Flon in 1983. Mr. Kendall
received his Chartered Accounting
designation in 1978 and was awarded
his Fellow of the Chartered Accountants
(FCA) in 1997. Mr. Kendall has accounting
and audit experience with a wide
variety of organizations including
Copper Reef Mining Corporation and
Callinan Mines Limited.

Resources Ltd. (2007) and Copper
Reef Mining Corporation (2005).
Her experience includes regulatory

as a chemical engineer until 2002.
He has been a director and officer

and development and resource fields.

currently Harricana River Mining
Corporation.

David
S. Kennedy holds a B.Sc. and a MSc.
in Geology from the University of
Saskatchewan. Mr. Kennedy has twenty
five years of experience in exploration
and production in Canada, the United
States, Alaska, Mexico and Central
America.

G. Thompson
Edward
G. Thompson is a professional engineer
and geologist with a BASc and an
MASc from the University of Toronto.
He has over forty five years of
experience in all aspects of management
in both the North and South American
mining industries. Mr. Thompson
is President of E. G. Thompson Mining
Consultants Inc. and a past President
of the Prospectors and Developers
Association of Canada. Starting
his career with the Teck Corporation,
he later helped form a number of
junior companies that were later
amalgamated into Lacana Mining Corporation,
of which he became President and
CEO. He later became President of
Mingold Resources in Canada and
Director for Exploration for Westgold
Resources in the United States.
During his career Mr. Thompson has
been a director, president or chairman
of some 40 companies and is currently
a director of 8 mining/exploration
companies. His principal activity
is acting as a corporate director
and consultant to the mining industry.

Mr.
Barr has over 30 years of experience
in the mining industry, founding Freegold
Ventures Limited (retired Oct 2007),
Canalaska Uranium Ltd. (retired June
2007), Pacific North West Capital
Corp. (currently President and CEO),
and Fire River Gold Corp. (currently
Financial Advisor). Over the last
15 years, Mr. Barr has also acted
in various capacities to restructure
El Nino Ventures Inc. (currently Chairman
and acting CEO), and Next Gen Metals
Inc. (currently President and CEO).
Mr. Barr is currently on the Board
of Directors of Pacific North West
Capital Corp., El Nino Ventures Inc.
and Next Gen Metals Inc. Mr. Barr
has created shareholder value by building
teams to assist him in corporate finance,
project acquisition, and exploration
and development of mineral projects
in 9 countries and 3 continents. Throughout
his career, Mr. Barr has completed
over 35 deals with the world’s
largest mining companies, approximately
15 with mid-tiers, over 300 with junior
companies and has raised over $500
million dollars in equity and option/joint
venture deals to further project development.
